Creative Sequencing 1-6 Poster Set by Yoga Aktuell

Creative yoga sequences are fun and bring variety to your yoga practice. If the individual asanas are sensibly coordinated and aimed at a specific goal, the practice can have its full effect. The sequences developed by Power Yoga Germany are based on many years of teaching experience. They were published as a series in YOGA AKTUELL (issue 82-87) and are now available in the Creative Sequencing Poster Set.

The asana series inspire and provide orientation. At the same time, they leave enough room for individual variations and a very personal yoga practice that is adapted to your own needs.
