CIRCUSTRAUM is a new and unique combination of an illustrated children's yoga exercise book with an accompanying music CD. The songs and exercises correspond to a 60-minute yoga lesson for children.

The special, coordinated combination of music and yoga exercises is geared to the movement and breathing rhythm of children and is based on the classic Hatha Yoga style.
