The yogiblock® hard foam block is a super light tool for yoga practice. The yogiblock was developed with the following aspects in mind light weight, dimensional stability and robustness.
 
The yoga block can be used, for example, to support the hands in standing postures such as triceps Hands in standing postures such as trikonasana, or as a support for the hands in hands in the peacock posture (Mayurasana), or to support your hips in the Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), to name just a few examples Examples. Its lightness, by the way, pays off especially during during transport and travel.
