Elke writes:
Pro: Nice back part
Batwing sleeves prevent sweaty armpits during strenuous exercise or when
it is warmer in summer
Tight waistband at the end prevents slipping up during exercises because normal shirts
Shirts quickly slip upwards at the waistband and then hang in the middle of the stomach
Beautiful, soft flowing fabric

Contra: unfortunately I could only give 3 stars because the waterfall cut at the neck/chest area
Neck/chest area for all yoga exercises where you bend over the front, e.g. Uttanasana
e.g. Uttanasana, Padottanasana or looking down dog is unsuitable
It then hangs in the face, rests on the nose or the entire neckline is virtually
over the face.

Since the waterfall neckline is cut a little tighter here, I was able to have it sewn a little tighter in the shoulder report at an alteration tailor's shop. Now it no longer interferes with bending forward.

In my opinion, a yoga shirt should always be relatively close-fitting at the neckline and waistband and a little wider at the armpits for more air circulation. A scoop neckline or waterfall neckline looks nice, but they are not always very suitable for the exercises.
