Asana Cards - Collection 1 - 4 with Box

Would you like to order all four collections of asana cards (= 90 postures + 10 sequences)? Then you've come to the right place.

You will receive a box with all collections. The first collection contains 30 cards with basic postures and a lot of information. The second collection of asana cards includes 30 cards again and contains more advanced asanas. Two-thirds of the 30 postures in the third collection focus on the advanced asanas. The explanations in each case include drawings, the Sanskrit name in addition to the German name, the modes of action, the viewpoint (Drishti), contraindications, chakras and tips on execution. In this way, all yogis and yoginis can benefit from the cards in a clear and condensed way. Beginners benefit from the combination of drawing and explanation when learning the posture, advanced yogis & yoginis can improve their alignment and benefit from the additional information and aspiring yoga teachers get easy access to possible instructions for a yoga class. The fourth collection then brings together all the previous postures: Here, individual asanas become entire sequences, allowing you to fluidly connect the asanas you have learned so far in vinyasa style.

While the focus of Collection I is on basic asanas (almost exclusively Level 1), half of Collection II also includes postures of Difficulty Level 2 and thus builds on Collection I. The third collection also includes postures of Difficulty Level 2. The third collection contains a few easy postures as well as much more advanced ones (including a few level 3 asanas). With these collections together you have an extensive repertoire of the most common asanas in Vinyasa (Hatha) Yoga. Since Vinyasa Yoga is all about smoothly connecting the asanas in order to find a dynamic flow, with the asana cards of the fourth collection you receive 10 different sequences with different focuses (partly in a beginner and in an advanced version).
