This solid foam block is an ultra light tool for the asana practice. It has been developed with focus on lightweight, stability of form and a maximum of robustness and durability. The yoga block can be used to support your hands in standing postures such as Trikonasana for instance or as a base for the hands in the peacock position (Mayurasana). It can also be applied for supporting your hips in the bridge posture (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), just to mention a few examples. The blockÙs lightweight especially pays off on journeys by the way.

Gute Qualität, angenehmes Material, schöne Farben.
Ideal für Kinderyoga.
Für Erwachsene etwas klein und niedrig. Die Größe "Super size" ist definitiv angenehmer für Erwachsene (sowohl für Anfänger als auch Fortgeschrittene).
