Fascia is on everyone’s lips because we now know that these connective tissue coverings of our muscles and organs are very important for our well-being.
In classic yoga, the fascia is also stimulated and moistened through stretching. In the dynamic fascia yoga developed by Amiena Zylla, this is reinforced by encouraging us to play with different angles in the classic positions. Dogs and cats turn in all directions and sometimes make small jumps and spring movements.
