Returns

If you’d like to return an item from your order with us, it’s very easy. You can do so within 14 days. Please also refer to our return policy.

Here are the steps you need to follow if you want to request a return from Germany:

1. Logging into your customer account: Please log in to yourcustomer account. There you’ll find all your orders and can request a return directly online.
2. Request a return: Select the order from which you’d like to return items, and follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll be asked to select the items you’d like to return.
3. Create a return label: After you’ve requested a return, we’ll send you a link to create the return label, which you can attach to the package. This label contains all the necessary information to ensure your package is returned to us correctly.
4. Sending a Return: Use this return label or the QR code, which can be used to drop off your return at DHL. For returns within Germany, we charge a flat return fee of €3.90, which is automatically deducted from the value of the returned merchandise. Why? Returns harm the environment due to double shipping trips and incur actual processing costs. We believe that mindful shopping—in the spirit of yoga—is better in the long run than ordering on a whim and sending items back. We also recommend that you pack your return securely and include a copy of the packing slip to ensure your return arrives safely.
5. Refunds: As soon as we receive and inspect your return, the purchase price, minus any return fees, will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Request a return: Select the order from which you’d like to return items, and follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll be asked to select the items you’d like to return.
3. Return shipping costs: Please note that we unfortunately cannot cover the cost of returns from abroad. You are therefore responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you pack the return securely, include a copy of the packing slip, and, if possible, ship it via a carrier that offers tracking. This way, you can be sure that your return will reach us.
4. Refunds: As soon as we receive and inspect your return, the purchase price will be refunded via your original payment method.
