Shipping policy

Benefit from our optimised shipping system: If you order by 12.30 pm on working days, we will dispatch your order on the same day after receiving the order confirmation*.

*(except for payment method SEPA bank transfer, as the dispatch will only take place after receipt of payment after approx. 1-2 days)

The shipping company commissioned by us (DHL) then delivers the parcel as quickly as possible throughout Germany and internationally from Monday to Saturday.

When your ready-to-ship parcel leaves our premises and is handed over to the parcel service, you will be informed by a separate email (dispatch notification). If the parcel carrier does not find you when delivering your parcel, he may leave the parcel with your neighbour or leave a notification card.

You can use this notification card to collect your parcel from your local post office within 7 days (on presentation of ID or driving licence).

Please note that parcels up to max. 60 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm are only suitable for Packstations. If you would like to have your parcel delivered to a Packstation, please enter the following data as a different delivery address:

Collection

Do you live near us? You can collect your order from us in Wiggensbach/Allgäu the next day Mon-Fri from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Provided all your ordered products are available.

Customs duties

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional customs duties and fees may be incurred that are not included in our invoice amount. In this case, the total amount plus any customs duties will be charged directly by the respective customs authorities.
