PROJEKT YOGA eV is a non-profit organization from Hamburg that has made it its mission to offer yoga and meditation to ALL people. Among other things, unaccompanied minor refugees receive free yoga lessons. This shows the unifying power of shared practice; nationalities and differences play no role here.

We have been supporting PROJECT YOGA since 2015 and are delighted that we can contribute to the continuous expansion of the commitment with financial donations and the provision of YOGISTAR products. In the migrant classes of the Hamburg City South H9 vocational school, which were founded a few years ago, over 45 unaccompanied refugee youths are currently receiving yoga and meditation lessons, which have become a regular part of the school's physical education classes.

Fortunately, there are now a large number of young girls among the participants. YOGISTAR covers part of the costs for the coordination and deployment of the yoga teachers, which is made possible by the purchase of our products. Through the continuous cooperation between students and teachers with committed yoga teachers and many hard-working helpers, the migrant classes project has been able to become firmly established at the school. The response and development of the young people involved is overwhelming.
In addition, PROJECT YOGA regularly organizes yoga sessions for young people who have come to Germany from Afghanistan, Syria, Egypt and Somalia, among other places, on the so-called COMMUNITY DAYS. Cooking courses are also held, work placements are supported and positive integration into local society is thus sustainably promoted. Yoga and meditation sessions for everyone on a donation basis in Hamburg and Ingolstadt, which open and fulfill hearts under the name COMMUNITY YOGA, make cooking courses for young people possible.

A unique project that connects people and creates true community!

We will of course keep you updated on all further developments.
