The comfortable My Yoga-Bolster yin - plus (L 68cm x W 25cm x H 25cm) provides comfortable support and adapts to your body without giving way too much. It has a sturdy cotton cover and is filled with organic spelt husks.

The spelt filling is in a separate ticking fabric so that you can easily remove and wash the cover.
