The correct use of incense sticks

For your yoga practice:
Light an incense stick 5-10 minutes before your session. The scent prepares your mind and creates a sacred atmosphere. Particularly tried and tested: Nag Champa for spiritual practices, Sandalwood for relaxation, Morning Breeze for dynamic yoga.

For meditation:
