High-quality round meditation cushion. The cover is woven from a sturdy cotton fabric and is washable; the inner cushion with filling is removable. The filling consists of organic spelt husks (certified organic). The fill level can be easily adjusted by adding or removing spelt husks. The filling adapts perfectly to the shape of your body, promoting comfortable sitting with a straight back.
