Description
The yogiblock® hard foam block is a super-light aid for yoga practice. The yoga block was developed with light weight, dimensional stability and robustness in mind.
You can use the yoga block, for example, to support your hands in standing poses such as Trikonasana, or as a support for your hands in the peacock pose (Mayurasana), or to support your hips in the bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), to name just a few examples. Its lightness is particularly useful when transporting it and when travelling.
