Description
The yogiblock® big hard foam block is a super-light aid for yoga practice. Slightly larger than the normal yogiblock, it was developed with light weight, shape stability and robustness in mind. You can use the yoga block, for example, to support your hands in standing positions such as Trikonasana, or as a base for your hands in the peacock pose (Mayurasana), or to support your hips in the bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), to name just a few examples. Its lightness is particularly useful when transporting it and when traveling.
