OSHO Dynamic Meditation, Music by Deuter (CD)

This meditation is a quick, intense and thorough method to break through old, deep-rooted physical-mental patterns that keep us trapped in the past, and to experience the freedom, witnessing, silence and peace that lie behind these prison walls.
The best time for this meditation is early morning, when “all nature comes to life, the dark night is over, the sun rises and everything becomes conscious and awake.”

You can do this meditation alone, but when you first start it, it can be helpful to do it with others. It is an individual experience, so forget about the others around you.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
