Pilates Music 2 by Arnd Stein (CD)

This CD contains a selection of melodic compositions in the resting pulse rhythm (PulsTakt60) that support relaxation of body and mind and encourage conscious, regular breathing. The pieces of music are particularly suitable as accompaniment to quiet Pilates exercises, but also for getting in the mood and winding down.

Pilates is a holistic, effective training method for body, mind and soul - named after its founder JH Pilates (1880-1967). There are now several hundred individual exercises that primarily strengthen deep muscle groups and thus significantly improve overall posture.
