The yogiblock® hard foam block is a super-lightweight aid for yoga practice. The yoga block was developed with an emphasis on light weight, dimensional stability, and durability.
You can use the Yoga block, for example, to support your hands in standing poses such as Trikonasana, or as a support for your hands in the peacock pose (Mayurasana), or to support your hips in the bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), to name just a few examples. Its light weight, by the way, is particularly advantageous when transporting it and while traveling.
