Description
After brushing your teeth, you should clean your tongue, as many people often develop a tongue coating overnight. This mixture of toxins and bacteria is often the cause of bad breath, periodontal disease or tooth decay. Under no circumstances should the tongue coating re-enter the body. This is why Ayurveda emphasises the importance of cleaning the tongue in the morning. It is best to use a special tongue cleaner for this. It only takes a few seconds, but has an excellent effect on your overall well-being.
