Right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal for your order with the right to a refund of the payment made. This is valid for 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please note: CDs, DVDs, books, oils, cosmetics, food, hygiene items and care products are subject to special return guidelines and can only be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Who bears the costs?
If the value of the item to be returned exceeds € 40, we will take care of the postage within Germany. For this purpose, you will receive a return label from us on request, with which you can hand the shipment over to the post office. If you do not request this and pay the postage yourself, we will reimburse you a flat shipping fee of € 4.90 *. If the returned products do not exceed this value, you must bear the costs according to the terms and conditions in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will of course also cover the costs here.

Note: Never return freight collect!
Please do not return the goods "freight collect", as the post office charges us very high fees for this (currently € 18.00). If the goods are returned freight collect, we have to deduct this fee from the amount to be reimbursed or invoice it.

How do I pack the goods?
recommend using the packaging in which the products came to you. If
this is not possible, please use stable packaging material that is
appropriate for the respective product. A simple, padded shipping bag is
sufficient for clothing or insensitive small products (postage € 1.45
or € 2.60, depending on the size). Please send larger goods as a parcel
(e.g. for € 4.90 with DHL) or as a package. In the case of sensitive and
/ or fragile products, we ask you to ensure adequate padding with
suitable filling material. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or the

either return the goods by post / DHL or use any delivery service of
your choice, e.g. DPD, Hermes, UPS etc. If you want exchange goods,
please note this on your return form.
